Tickets are non refundable. However if having purchased them you can not attend we will put them on resale and if sold refund your money in full.

In the unlikely event that Jimmy Jemain is unable to attend or perform, for example due to ill health or adverse weather conditions, the event would still go ahead with no refunds issued.

We assume no responsibility for accommodation bookings or availability of services offered and provided by the hotel. However in the event of any problems we would naturally help in any way possible.
